Most of that process will be to the ram and can be accelerated with a graphics card, not so much the hard drive / SSD. If anything writes to the pagefile in Windows 10 - that will be faster and likely noticeable but it's hard to say for your exact purpose.
Basically, I would still go with this technology for your main disk because it's not much more expensive and will speed up other areas at the minimum though. That said I have not used a PCI Express SSD format and that is rare than the factor I have used so I am not sure on exact pricing and if it would be hard to get that drive going.
There are $65-100 500GB M.2 format SSDs but PCI E format will likely differ.
