It’s time!  Maybe you’ve been that one man show, never feeling valued, appreciated.  It’s time!  Maybe you have higher aspirations and where you are just isn’t going where you want to go.  It’s time!  Maybe you want to learn and do what you see people doing that win awards. It’s your time!
We are searching for our next leader in the production area. Someone with that special drive, eagerness to learn from seasoned vets and run with what they have learned to add to what we do and build on that. Learn to develop and grow your skills on the job with us.

We are in the beautiful mountain area of Huntsville Al. As Alabama’s 2nd fastest growing city, we are surrounded by Mountains, great hiking trails, rivers and lakes with both country and city living. Housing and cost of living is excellent!  Appartments may run for $400-$1000 per month, typically with a yard and a view.
* Air conditioned shop environment.
* Attention to detail is imperative.
* Full time with better than average pay.

We are primarily searching for someone that has the knowledge to complete the basic every day orders right now. We can expand on other finer points of printing as we go. We really want to hire that person that is screen print career minded and wants to move quickly into running production. As long as you are eager to learn, able to jump right in and start contributing, we are ready to provide the training that you might not yet posess.
Presses you may be operating on:
M&R Challenger lll  18 color/22 station
M&R Gauntlet RS.    6 color/8 stations. ( A lot of 5 color sim process blends).
M&R Chameleon      10 color manual press.


Pay negotiable based on experience.
Full time 40+ hrs per wk + OT.

Additional/occasional duties may include:

- Pantone ink mixing
- Screen reclaim
- Screen coating
- Pre Press setup/tear down.
- Occasional Picking, Counting as needed.
