It sounds as if the Amica software (that drives the table) is not communicating with the Graphics program software and Printer software. Those are separate. One drive ehe printer, the other drive s the table (in synchronization). You may need a re-install, by a Tech on line, or....your table sensor (under the table) has been bumped or shifted. Maybe the screw needs tightened. But that thing IS very sensitive...and must be in the exact location (distance) that it needs to be. If it shifts away, the table doesn't move even though it has been sent a signal to move. (It’s not connecting that signal). Everything else is working (both programs), but it’s physically not getting the signal to move.
This might of happened (but would be a long shot or very rare,) but can have shifted from maybe kicking a box under the table or something and it got bumped it (if that is the problem). It’s high up under the table so it’s a hard thing to do (bump it), but it can happen. I’d check that first (with a Tech) on the phone since it needs to be so exact.
Dirk’s might be something different. If this happens at all, and is the cause, (you will see the problem much more frequently at even the slightest chance that this is the problem. Like if it wrks intermittently, then it might be working on 1 screen out of 6 or 10 cuz when it’s out of place, it’s out of place. It’s so sensitive that this could be the different of one half screw turn.
Call a Tech. It’s free to solve the problem on phone, but cost you time.
