For anything below Youth XS I use Jet Pro Sofstretch. Probably the best inkjet transfer out there at the moment for light colors. In the toddler and infant sizes I just tell them I can't do dark colors.

Since switching from CLC, that's the one I use as well, ole jobe.
Now we just have to get Aaron at Coastal to get us a CPSIA certificate (especially you with your kid stuff!)

For appropriate designs, I will use cad cut films, and sometimes the printed and cut goodies from Versa Cams and similar machines.

Frog,

Neenah refers me to thier MSDS sheet, so I will post that in the CPSIA section shortly.

We print all our tottler and below stuff on our Brother GT541. I am still waiting to see if Brother or Saw Grass will come out with a cert of compliance for their inks.

Yep, that's the direction that they steered me a year or so back, but they are apparently unaware of (or are ignoring) the current requirements for materials that go into (or on to) kid's clothing.

Just FYI - I posted the Sawgrass CPSIA document in the CPSIA boards.

I working on it for sure. If I don't get something soon, I'll corner my contact at the upcoming ISS Long Beach show.
