Job Responsibilities:
CCI, an industry leading screen-printing manufacture, is now hiring! We are looking for an individual that will be the go-to screen printing guru for our customers, screen printing experience is a must! This individual will assist customers with orders and answer technical questions about the trade and our products.
Customer Service/Support Representative Job Duties:
• Take orders sent over email and/or phone and enter the transaction into our system.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Educate customers on product line and provide product recommendations
• Offer technical support before and after customer purchases and assist with issues like lost or damage packages and issues with products.
Requirements
• Have awesome communication skills
• Screen Printing knowledge is required
• Work full time
• Be able to communicate professionally across different levels of management and customers. (Speaking Spanish would be a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have customer service experience (dealing with customers, problem solving, etc.)
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
