We very likely will purchase a ROQ NEXT very soon to replace our old M&R press. We as well have an EXILE SPYDER II.
I tried to find out what kind of system ROQ uses for registering screens on press. I came across at least 3 different looking registration pallets, the so called special registration pallets.

There is a video showing Danny setting up a 4 color process job using a registration pallet. This one got the stop blocks on the right hand side with two stop blocks at the end of the screen.
Here a link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzcOrn18xI0

Then we have Ryan Moore using the same type of pallet but this time the stop blocks are on the left hand side of the pallet but still you got the two stop blocks at the end of the screen and just one block at the top of the screen.
Here a link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7DF3CPV7G8

Last but not least we have "Buck Premo" using a pallet that looks a little different compared to the ones used by Danny and Ryan. What is the same though is the fact the the blocks are on the right hand side of the registration pallet.
See it for yourself here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPDEt4T1Jgc

Our and from what I know any M&R registration pallet has the stop blocks on the left hand side. One horiziontal and one vertical running block at the top end of the screen and a vertical one at the end of the screen. And of course this is the same then for our EXILE SPYDER.
So how do I get this to work now with ROQ system. It`s all messed up now, stop blocks would make contact at the wrong place of the screen.

Do I miss something?

You want the ROQ board described as

ROQ Registration Pallet Trilock Compatible Permanent 23x31.

This will put the 2 points at the front left of the print head the same as M&R.  This will align with the bottom right of the spyder so that the points are all in the same spot.

ROQ has many variations of this as you mentioned that confuses things.   Why I really have no idea.  It’s just they started with then on the other side and it was only after they came into the NA market they developed a system on the other side.

The Danny videos are of the system that would not work with M&R.   I suggest always getting the version that is trilock compatible.  Resale value etc.

There is no difference in the accuracy.  The main point is getting the permanent version of the pallet and NOT the adjustable.  The pegs on the adjustable move .02mm because, well, they are adjustable.  The permanent version doesn’t move.  .02mm is the difference between dead on and having to slightly adjust.

Check out the second picture. You want the one on the left. NOT the one on the right.

DM me and I’ll give you my email address and send you some YouTube videos of the process.  FYI it works just as well in the new M&R Digital Pallet system also.

The MHM System works very well with the Spyder and is very simple to adapt with minimum cost. The system allows very fast set-ups and is much easier for the operator to use, no need to remove a pallet or use any board to line up your screens, so its much simpler.

You then have access to the MHM automatic registration system with the GOTO screen positioning system, please see video as follows:

Also the manual system with the MHM works in exactly the same way too, here is another video demonstration how quick and easy the set-up on the machine can be: https://www.facebook.com/corbin.linder/videos/3059167130770205/UzpfSTQ0MzYxMTgwOTAxOTQ2MToyODE2NTgyMzM4Mzg5MDUx/

Please feel free to DM for further information.

Everything JP said is correct. If you want some more info, we use all of these boards, and more with our EXILE III, and have two different drums for it as well!

I need to get the updated blocks for ours, the original had long rods, but these update blocks have the contact on the right point of the screen which then when flipped matches the tri-loc more closely.

Also Eric, like that Spyder III flex  8)

My favorite thing about our Spyder is our drum for rapid tag screens.

Shoot me a DM.   There’s an even better way to do it and I can send you a vid.  Does wonders for any Trilock type system and takes 5 mins.  Danny did it on his Kiwo XTS and that’s where I learned it.
