Good read. I agree. There have been times where I have gone with family to Sweden or Hawaii or New Zealand or other places for weeks or a month or more. There is life and family outside of work. Your first time doing it you will be nervous then you realize you have to from going insane and burn out

This was a really good read for me as well as I am currently experiencing burnout. One man wearing way too many hats with not enough help.
