Spreadsheet for Heatmapping a Dryer
« on: February 24, 2020, 09:01:13 AM »
Hey y’all. I made this spreadsheet and wanted to share it. Was created for a donut probe! Just copy the template to create a fresh one, fill in your temps, and it does the mapping for you.

It’s meant to fill in on a laptop or nearby computer. But I think to print it you’d still need to copy it to your own computer or google drive first.

I think to be portable, it has to be saved out as an .xls or xlsx file (or whatever the source application is).

That link is just a 'view'.  I assume there are linked formulas on the page, but nothing displays when you click around on the view.

At least that's my thinking.

Sorry about that, it was an html view. This link should work properly: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14A_6pR7xOyu4xXEZPGdIoRRciGMa4st6QSzAXSgSHc4/edit#gid=0

I just tried it in 'incognito mode' and was able to hit 'file' and download it as any of the formats you mentioned. Or sign into a Google account and use Sheets. Hope it helps!

Dunno.  I was able to capture by highlighting the cells and importing them into Excel this, but.....

Descriptions such as Belt Speed, Temperature, etc carried across, but I could not find any formulas in any cells.

It's not really something I could use, but was attempting to assist where someone on the boards could actually download and take advantage of it.

It may boil down to permissions that allow you vs. anyone else trying to pull the contents.

Beats me......Good Luck
