I want to know why as well. have had customer like this for 2 weeks straight. guy ask how log to get 150 custom dye sub banners tell him 3 weeks, he turns in his order 2 weeks later but needs then in 2 weeks and then bitches when we cannot 100% guarantee them to be in hand in his time frame even though we told him 3 weeks. his response was well you knew I was ordering them 2 weeks ago when I called so you should have known the order was coming in and had time scheduled for it. even though we had no idea of when he wanted them, and to boot he did not want to pay for them until they are in his hands.
like we are just twiddling our thumbs waiting for his order. people expectations are crazy.
