My shop is constantly looking to improve and change things for the better. I am currently looking at Mesh/EOM/LPI/Angle combinations and am curious what everyone else is doing or testing. We are using i-Image DTS machines for output with a dialed in output curve (true to value). I have done a lot of testing on 45, 50 and 55 LPI with 196, 230, and 305 mesh and have seen some good results with a 22.5 angle.
What are you using in your shop? What crazy ideas have you had that you haven't had the time to test?
