File Names for Brother GTX
« on: February 10, 2020, 01:18:34 PM »
Good day printing pirates,

I am attempting to get our Brother GTX to recognize our file names. For some reason in our receiving history on the machine they all become labeled untitled. The Mask checks are recognized as the actual name under "receiving history" but none of our own custom files render the file name on the machine. I am going to begin training people on using this machine and having the file names would be super helpful. Anyone find a solution to this yet?

I tried calling Brother but I don't have time to sit on hold all day for a support tech, and my sales rep was unsure why this was happening.

Thanks in advance,
-Ty
