No-Show Nylon Mesh Fusible is a sheer cutaway that is now made of 30% recycled fibers. It’s specifically designed to prevent see-through when embroidering light-colored or sheer embroidered fabrics. This 1.5-ounce stabilizer comes in white, black, and beige.
No Show Nylon Mesh Fusible was specifically designed to offer maximum support without being visible from the front of the shirt. It also is ideal for use as a soft covering behind finished embroidery sewn with heavy metallic thread or backed with a stiff, scratchy stabilizer. For some type and colors of fabrics, the beige is more invisible than the white because it blends in with a variety of skin tones.
When fusing the stabilizer, set the iron to the silk setting, approximately 250 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit, for a secure hold without scorching or shrinking the fabric. By heat sealing the stabilizer instead of using messy adhesive sprays, you prevent the fabric from stretching or shifting during the hooping and embroidery process and also avoid releasing harmful chemicals into the air.
