Hi! does anyone have one of these bad boys, that can help me with troubleshooting?

we have one but i havent done much with it other than dusting and greasing...

whats up with it?

no matter what we do, we can't get it to fold correctly. Meaning the collar is usually to low in the fold.

have you adjusted where you put it on the table?  i forget if having more or less of the shirt on the (i think its called) drape table will make it fold in different locations. 

i also dont know the name of the knob, but its toward the middle right. we have ours set pointing at 6:30 / 7 o clock.  seems to work okay.

This could be timing of the 2nd fold? needed earlier to fold less of the bottom of the shirt under the top?  Not sure what the adjustment for that is on your machine.

Other than that, drape table was mentioned, see what loading in a different spot does.

i think its the second fold.  a while back we set ours where we wanted it and i covered the knobs so the curious employees wouldnt touch the buttons/knobs.

Thanks everyone! It was a combo of the plate heights, and the 2nd fold.
