Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
Hey everyone-Quick background, while we had embroidery in house years ago we got rid of it and sent everything out. Concentrate on what we did best. Well a few weeks ago we brought it back in house.... While we are experienced and can troubleshoot printing pretty well, not so much with embroidery. Having trouble with a logo. You can see in the pics it is not looking great at some points. My first thought is just have it re digitized, but the odd thing is we have had this job ran by the contract shop 3-4 times with the same digitized file(I think it is the same file, I didn't think they would re digitize a 45K stitch file without asking or charging us) and it always came out fine. Any ideas of what could be going on or how we could remedy this? Really kind of wishing I didn't bring this back in hose a bit now! We are running it on a Barudan if that helps at all.
The only thing I can tell you about embroidery, when something is sewing wrong -it's your tension...If it's not the tension, double check because it is ....or poor digitizing but in this case your tension is probably off....or your backer is too light, double up on the backer and see what the result is - AFTER you check tensions of course
