screen printing mesh

We are dealing with screen mesh for so many years, and make this conclusion,
21T, 24T, for thickner inks, giltter inks pennant inks, such as towels printing
32 34 36 39 43T, for textile inks, opaque inks, such as T shirt printng
48 49 54 55T, for finer textile design, water based inks,
62 64 68 72T, very fine textile inks
77T paper board inks, and textile inks
90T 100T ,plastic inks,
110 120 130 140T, halftone printing,plastisol printing
150T 165T UV printing or very fine halftone work, solvent inks.

We've gone as low as 16T for glitter, but don't do it anymore, and as high as 355T for process work, on t-shirts. We've generally used higher mesh counts for the jobs you've listed that we've encountered, but we are textile only now. In the beginning, we printed anything we could get paid for, stickers, posters, electronic enclosures, etc., and textiles.
