How hot does it get in your shop?

Today it's 93 here, I see some of you get much higher.
I don't know how you work like that.
For us this is an extreme day with a wind blowing off the desert.

During the summer months, we have tracked the heat between 100-130 degrees. (not even going to bring up humidity) It can be brutal, but you either learn to deal with it, or you don't. LOL

At the last shop I worked at on super hot days we would come in at 3 am and work 8 hours and out before the heat of the day!

We installed rows of fans throughout the building up top to help remove the heat. It definitely drops the temp by about 10 to 15 degrees.

105 with 75% humidity   1200 sq ft
That is with a big a** chicken house fan sucking the air out. In south Alabama it has been tough this last week, been dogging off printing by noon. Heck it is even hot when cleaning screens with the mist coming on you.

This swamp cooler cooled shop here in las vegas has dropped 20 degrees since installing the sprint 3000's over the weekend

100-106 degrees, 30% humidity.

We''re still at the 100° plus, but, the hole is cut in the roof, the curb installed, and a 36" exhaust fan waiting for the crane to put it in place, then the electrical work. It should give us 10 complete air changes an hour.

They were in the initial search. In the end, since there is only one opening in the shop, at ground level, the fan is in the ceiling diagonally across, which was the best and most logical advice I could find. If we can get it done to 85° we'll be happy. I started in '75, Aug. 1, and it's always been hot and crazy humid in the Boston area in the summers, just part of the job.

This might be a bad idea, but what about a fan at floor level or ac blowing at floor level9 (window air that you can sit on the floor), I'm thinking if you get those feet cool the body might fellow, but then there is the dust and lint blowing from the floor?   Maybe a nice oscillating fan sitting in the middle of the press or some way attached to the press for the OP's,  I know you could put a floor fan under the dryer at the end of the belt, it would do two jobs keep the shirts cool and the unloader.  I'm lucky I have full ac throughout my shop, we find ourselves closing off some vents in the production area at times.

Same down here close to New Haven humidity is always a factor. Just because it is New England does not mean we do not get some crappy heat and humidity like other places. We actually broke 100 degrees outside temp a few times this year, add to the the high humidity ugh.

We are currently using floor based fans, and portable AC to blow on the printers and catchers. I suspect (or hoping at least) that our new exhaust will take care of the bulk of the heat. As it is, there is no way for heat to get out, so it builds "down" from the ceiling, so to speak.
