Well, I HOPE one of you got this job- and actually gets PAID for it!
With all the work being sent to Red China and India, we need to get what we CAN!

You just need to learn how to work with your clients better. Payment up front, clear communication, don't run off your clients based on your idea of what they want which you are at best guessing about.

We now employ 3 full time artists and 2 others here doing art here and there. We can't keep up. We have a 11 week line for one of our artists, billing $350+ for every thing he touches.
