Screen Printing Customer Service and Tech Support

Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by taking orders and directing product and service inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Acts as the primary point-of-contact for our customers to obtain a quality order experience. This person ensures all orders are processed efficiently and correctly in a timely manner.

Customer Service/Support Representative Job Duties:
Take orders sent via email and/or phone and enter transaction into accounting system
Open customer accounts by recording account information
Issue and file customer invoices
Process credit card transactions for prepaid customers
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Answer customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping information
Provide after delivery support for customers inquiring on lost or damaged orders
File claims with shipping carriers regarding lost or damaged packages
Clarify product or service problems and transfer to appropriate company personnel
Provide technical support to customers regarding the screen printing process
Educate customers on product line and provide product recommendations
Offer omnichannel customer support on inquiries and technical questions
Engage in social media discussions across multiple platforms to educate customers and promote the brand, includes but is not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit

Requirements:
Excellent phone and writing skills
Screen Printing experience is required
Ability and willingness to work full time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, M-F. Part time might be a consideration.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, sales representatives and co-workers in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Candidates should have 2 years customer service experience
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality and timely expectations as well as standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
