We use ROC inline foiling. same exact issue. we sample based on how we will run production. I dont think there is many options for this . we have sampled every glue and foil on the planet but we do have george from portugal and buck here for 2 days next week to help us improve the whole in line foiling process.

Our testing has been less than successful so for.
The pros to inline are of course less labor. The cons are final product.

Our testing has been less than successful so for. it's working well for us, but only with two hits of glue. One only leaves some corners open on the left side of the platen. When there is enough glue that is not an issue form what I can tell based on few jobs we've run so far.pierre

Will be sampling the matsui next week
We struggled with amagic/virus foil adhesive inline..... The matsui w/ some additives has worked the best for us......
