GroupeSTAHL announces a joint venture partnership with Great Dane Graphics, the award-winning graphics company that specializes in four-color process, highly detailed stock and custom full-color artwork.
Owned by well-known industry artist Dane Clement, the company will remain in its Mandeville, Louisiana location and continue to maintain its website and contact numbers. Clement also will continue to operate and produce artwork for DTG, screen printing, dye sublimation, print/cut, sign making and all other types of custom printing methods. He assumes the position of Vice President of Creative for GroupeSTAHL.
“We look for Dane to take both our artwork and design at Transfer Express to a whole new level, as well as influencing our creative advertising and branding messages,” says Carleen Gray, vice president and chief marketing officer for GroupeSTAHL.
According to Ted Stahl, founder and executive chairman of GroupeSTAHL, “Dane has his finger on the pulse of what this industry wants to see creatively, and he creates some of the best artwork in the world. He also is one of the most in-demand educators. Dane will continue being involved in seminar and workshop programs—we feel the more he can educate the industry on creating printable and cuttable artwork, the easier it will be for all suppliers to process orders faster. With the addition of Great Dane Graphics, GroupeSTAHL customers will have access to some of the best art in the industry.”
Clement has been working with GroupeSTAHL for the past year, creating designs for the new line of Transfer Express four-color process transfers called Transfer Extreme, and a variety of other projects. Many of his new designs will appear in the 2012 Transfer Express Idea Book.
