This dye-sublimated fabric allows teams to get creative and choose between a traditional solid color or Dalco’s plaid, animal skin, or polka dot patterned designs. You can choose the colors, and let Dalco do the rest.
This appliqué measures roughly 6 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches, and you can add an embroidered team or player name in the tail. It can be backed with a permanent heat-applied twill adhesive or it comes with a free Easy-Stitch™ sew file included.
There are four simple steps for creating this design.
1. Choose a team name, or word, e.g., Gators
2. Pick your foreground color.
3. Pick your background color.
4. Give your button space and placket width
These appliqués are made of 100% polyester twill and feature the long-lasting bold colors achievable with the dye sublimation process. The minimum is 10 pieces with additional orders in increments of five pieces thereafter.
