I have a problem with my NEOFLEX printer, when I turn it on, the print head goes back to the cap station and it generates a strange sound and it gives me the ERROR 1001D. I know that the problem has to do with the movement and alignment of the print cart but I still do not have the solution, change all the harnesses, plate and sensor of the print head, the tape code, screw, magnet.
