Check with Uline etc however companies like M&R etc might give better pricing if you are using their machines and they will know proper sizing for different garment/prepacks

We get ours manufactured by a local plastics co. Save tons over M&R's cost, and can customize with holes, gussets, etc.

We buy around 20K per run.

Same here we buy 10-20k at a time wickeded with air release holes

Our bag is 12x16" a little bigger but we can do more styles of shirts. We also bought one of these bag opener machines https://www.pack-secure.com/AIE-400BO--Bag-Opener-_p_897.html it basically opens the bag with air and you slide the shirt in and the bag breaks free to be sealed.( we don't use the 2 side wings)
my bag crew of 3 has folded and bagged up to 5000+ shirts a day

That's amazing! do you use pre-made bags? Or do you use rolls, and then crimp them?

pre made sealed one end , held together on a wicket. I do by ULine single bags for big hoodies etc. but they are a pain to use and slow
