The Graphtec CE Lite-50 vinyl cutter, available from The PAS Store, offers varied features and tools for expanding your products and services to grow your business. The CE Lite-50 cuts up to 4-mil thick film for heat transfers, decals, signage and more with 210g of cutting force. It can be used with up to a 20-inch wide roll as well as sheet media, employing the included roll holder attachment.
A 4.3-inch touch screen and numbered blade holder boost ease of operation. Graphtec ARMS 7.0 (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing System) technology enhances efficiency and contour cutting precision. USB offline barcoding automatically loads saved cut data files, sets tool conditions and processes jobs with the press of a button—without requiring a PC connection.
And a sensor detects registration marks on various materials, including glitter and metallics, ensuring accurate alignment. This makes for accurate alignment of the cutting line to printed images and allows cutting outside the registration mark area.
The CE Lite-50 also finds the edge of the media and aligns the contour line to the printed image without printed registration marks. This further maximizes the cutting area and increases yield.
The included Cutting Master 4 plug-in for Illustrator or Corel Draw, a standalone drawing program and Graphtec Pro Studio Software provide a range of design tools. The CE Lite-50 has a maximum cutting speed of 19.68 in/s in all directions and can continuously cut roll media designs as long as 9 feet, 10 inches using the roll media stocker that comes with it.
