i personally hate WP films.  I had a lot of problems with edge blur as they sat.  Also, I had to bump my exposure time to get through the semi-opaque-ness.

I get my films from Brannon (spotcolorsupply).  He carries the nonWP and they are great.

I don't gang films, I put my marks on everything for my reg unit. I don't bother wasting time to manipulate files, moving things around. . .but that's me, I get the film cheap enough so hell with it.

I have worked out the kinks and have a new faster concept on my reg unit, I will need you to do some testing for me. I'll keep you posted.

I figured out how I'm going to do mine and it's so simple.........I should have had a V8.....

Now, this is for a manual press.

Since I'm going to make some new pallets anyway, I'm going to make one that is 1/2 inch narrower than my frames and have it shaped kind of like a horseshoe with broad tines up near the screen holder so that the screen holder will come down in the opening unobstructed.  Then I'll use some simple "L" brackets screwed to the underside.  1 on each side of the frame holder by the press and one on the side.  I'll cut 3 small pieces (about 1 1/2 inches) from a round wooden rod (like you hang clothes on in the closet).  I'll use contact cement to glue them in the right spot to the glass on my exposure unit.  Using contact cement so I can remove later if necessary using paint thinner.  Going with the wood idea so if I expose and don't use it, won't tear a hole in the blanket.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
