I’ve had the exact same problem with some Wilflex inks in the past, and I have to second the idea that it is simply due to excess heat in transit. Wilflex inks tend to have very low flash temps, which is awesome for us saving on our energy bill and ramping up press speeds. I think of it as a feature, not a liability, but it can backfire in the Deep South heat if shipping companies don’t handle the product with care. I’m sure the supplier will happily replace it.
