We are Vivid Print Apparel - The College House - LightHouse Apparel. We are in need of an experienced manager for our silk screen printing shop. We are willing to relocate for the right candidate. We run contract and custom screen printing on three shifts. We are a clean shop with a friendly atmosphere. This is a very fast-paced and efficient working environment.
Our weekend shift is Friday through Sunday. 5am to 5:30pm. This is a great schedule to have 4 days off each week.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of silk screen printing experience
At least 1 year of management experience is preferred
Ability to lead a crew of at least 12 employees
Ability to setup and run a 8 Color job on an M&R Press
Ability to burn screens using films or DTS
Ability to color match using PMS Colors
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to interface with Shop-Management Software

Starting Salary: $35,000 to $40,000
This position will require a working interview. If relocating we would pay to bring you to our location for this interview.
We are willing to pay for experience, however we will also take the time to train and mold a good screen printer into a great manager.
