epson clogged heads
« on: March 20, 2018, 03:54:19 PM »
just wanted to pass some info along which probably has been shared here alot but was unsure.

We have a epson 1430 which we use rarely for films.  most time it is vellum from our laser printer.   But had an oversize job so had to use the epson.  well after 6 months sitting idle heads were clogged.  which I suspected.  did the nizzle cleans and nothing budged,  did the amonia windex paper towel thing by resting the print head over it for 24 housrs.  well nothing budged.

so to a chance on magic bullet print head unblocker $20 on amazon.  well withing in 10 minutes i was back up and running.  this stuff worked like a champ.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

No shortage of these products on Amazon. I like the label on this one.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?
