Specifically M&R platens/Action self adhesive rubber/Newman table. Often its hard to get proper weight distribution to the corners if one uses a 5 gal pail to press the new rubber. If one has all of the aforementioned you may want to try this:
Facing the op side of the table, lay the rubber down adhesive side up. Place the pallet on top so that the channel faces you horizontally. Lock in a bare frame (tightened) and attach the wrenches. 40 lbs PSI ought to do it. For extra measure you can now do the 5 gal pail on the center. Bob is now you're Uncle
