listening to this now. It's interesting, but also needed to be taken with a grain of salt.
Murfreesboro has a population of under 150k.
Houston (the city im in), is right around 2mil.
So some of the tactics for FB ads, would not work in our city.

Good podcast. I relate a lot to his social media thoughts since we do not take calls and we do not take walk ins. In fact I am one of those people you pointed out don't have a good message on the phone or even take messages on our machine. We literally are word of mouth and social media. We have played with ads in some years past but its been awhile, few years. Our facebook page is now roughly 32,000 likes so we should probably run some ads and see what shakes out.
He seems to do a good job at following up and chasing those customers. Good stuff. He's got some great growth there!
