Letting everyone know

I am no longer employed by Image Branding Group as of last Friday I will spare the details but have a peace about the situation. I have a family of 6 so there is no time to spare in moving forward. I am going to continue full time with my small 1- 6 color auto operation that I recently set back up to provide extra income.  This is a leap of faith. Anyway, Tuesday night I discovered my compressor and air Dryer were stolen from the back of this crap hole bldg. I was renting so I am desperate to replace that if anyone has a extra within driving distance. I have orders right now and more coming thank GOD. I also am forced to move the small operation and that has created other needs. In fact this is the second move in 4 months so I am moving it to my home temporarily. 20+ yr old equip. Employees go 7 ys  without increase. Every payroll is a miracle. I could go on forever but thats enough bad Karma

All that said. The worst thing is they undermine EVERY decision a manager makes that's not "WELL THATS NOT HOW WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE IT" That my friends is the insanity and problem with the so called 2 expert decision makers there, and that reinforces everything TP stated. I am admittedly struggling. But no longer fighting a losing battle.
