DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WITHIN MY CONTROL YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN TEE SHIRT AND A SHARPIE MARKER BY NOON TOMORROW OR SIMPLY CALL SOMEONE WHO GIVES A SHIRT.

my understanding is there is "good rubber" and everything else.
action and M&R (and the actual manufacturer) have good rubber.

if you've ever had to deal with less than good rubber, the prices M&R/action charge are cheap, reasonable, wonderful.

i've dealt with bad rubber. it's a nightmare. pay the man and move on.

What do you mean bad rubber?

Oddly, I once torched a pallet under the flash.  (actually ive probably done that almost a couple handfuls of times) but the replacement for whatever reason just never held tack like what I already had. Was the most annoying thing.

I could understand when it was new perhaps. But this went on for a long long time after. Quite annoying given the cost of it locally.

It was like that particular pallet leached a silicone nullifying spraytack. Even table tack on that pallet didnt last as long as the original pallets.

bad rubber - could probably have all sorts of different problems.
OUR bad rubber meant tape on it's surface was a nightmare - hard to remove without resorting to solvents and time and elbow grease - as it would tear as it peeled - took us forever to figure out it wasn't the TAPE that was the issue. Good tape on good rubber is only a tiny improvement over the cheapest, most wrong tape on good rubber. After 1000's of flashes and prints, if you can't grab your tape and peel it off in under 10 seconds in one clean sheet - your rubber is bad.
