Are we limiting this to actual trade show content, or including the usual copious amounts of extra curricular beverages??
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

I’m just interested in anything related to the event.

I say I’m going to go every year, again I didn’t go but I already regret it.

I’m here, this is about my 5th LB show.
I really enjoy it, meet great people, learn a lot.     I sign up for lectures and ask a lot of questions.
What stands out this year in equipment is the Saati LED exposure unit.
Expensive at about $80,000.00 but has no heads that block up and no ink or wax.
If you expose lot of screens it’s worth it.
All the CTS machines are still over priced in my opinion.
The oval printers are impressive and the digital printers that work in a carousel print great quality,
are expensive and they are still having problem with the white underbase, it’s water based and dries in the screen.
A Indian company is selling a impressive design program for web orders (Custom Ink style) that sells for $4000, I think it’s quite reasonable.      Has a lot of good features.

Let'see if they outsource their tech support to the US, LOL!

There’s a new Epson dtg coming out that’s faster and reduced maintenance. And he old one is getting closed out at $13k. Good deal imo

A lot of ppli talked to  are buying roq presses.mostly younger and newer folks

Friday is pro day Saturday is looky loos

I paid for the seminar pass there’s some good stuff some recycled content I feel like we’ve outgrown the education portion of the event and I wish there was more advanced info

The new American apparel 2001 is crap because gildan didn’t buy the factory and are making it on their machines in North Carolina. Fabric is wrong cut is wrong but they won’t admit it

I always stop by my vendors booths and say hi. Hang out with some screen print friends. And went to the tsb meetup to make new ones.

Got to play with a bunch of shop management and team store software. I think my fave is deco network.

AC is good. Never been to Long Beach but from the pictures it's definitely smaller, but still plenty of fun toys to look at. Looking forward to it this year.

I agree on the new 2001 shirt, got a sample and it's no where close to the old ones. Funny to see an American Apparel tag with "Made in Honduras"

It was my first time this year and I loved it. Seeing that many automatics and print-brains in the same room was really cool.
It was inspiring to see how big the industry is outside of our market, too. Definitely got me motivated to keep building the business. Aiming to install our first auto this year...

I had my phone out a bunch for our Instagram account. We don’t have the ‘story highlights’ feature so I uploaded a couple posts to our feed with photos and videos from the show of stuff that caught my eye.

Who was it?
I spend too much money on equipment...
