there is not 1 simple tool to do this in corel. i would do the four and then go back and straighten the 2 which did not need to be curved.
Draw a rectangle, and then up on the properties bar or whatever is right below the dropdown menus you can choose round corners, chamfered, or cut in, there is a tiny lock and if you un-click that you can round all of the corners independent of each other.

Illustrator has a wonderful "rounded rectangle" tool.....Sorry to hear Corel does not....
