I have a special for 100 white shirts with 1 color print one location for $3.25. In 3 years I have had 3 people order that deal. Many people call and ask about it. Then Ask how much for 50 shirts with 2 colors on the front and back.

This deal is not so people order it. It is a marketing item. People see the low price then contact you. They then order what they need because you have great pricing. Its a contact special not to many people want white shirts with just a one color print.

I wouldn't call it a ploy. It not like we are misleading people in any way. It just works out that not to many people want white shirts with a one color print. We will print 100 white shirts with a one color print at that price. We will also let them order more than a hundred. I am not sure if it still is but that was our 500 shirt price. So they can order up to 500 shirts at that price before the price goes down. If they want the front and back done then it goes to our standard price. If they want a colored shirt then it goes to our standard price. If they don't tell us about the special price they pay our standard price.

Keep in mind that most of our customers are buying shirts for an event, replacing old shirts, gift, or to sell. They don't see a deal on shirts and impulse buy. Don't think pricing is everything. You could lower your price to a dollar, if no one knows, they will not buy. Your pricing is fine. You just need more people to know about you.
