Got it. Please note that it does list a .01% existence of all the phthalates. One of which is found in Tide laundry detergent.

WM Plastic is not P free, but all of the Phthalates are below needed maximum level. The ink doe not have to be P free, it needs to be Phthalate compliant.
That is my understanding. It said that the ink passed on all tests.
Where is Xenon certificate? I'm still waiting.
