Economical Laser Alignment Unit
« on: September 11, 2017, 12:23:28 PM »
I spoke about this project a few months ago.  I finally had time to put them together.

The unit has 4 lasers; 2 crosshair, 2 line.  Arms are 6" and positionable.  Lasers are smoothly adjustable at the tip.  It has two strong magnets on the base for mounting and runs on two AA batteries.  The first five units I've made are already spoken for, but I will be making more in the future if anyone is interested, send me a PM.

That's very tidy. Where is the component list, supplier website/codes, and pricing so I can bootleg one or two for myself?

In the original post, kingscreen asked those who are interested to contact him via PM.
I think that he knew that there is a separate section for product promotion and was trying to not cross the line.
Thanks

I sent a PM a week or two back saying I'm interested.. have not heard anything. But there does not seem to be a way to see sent PM's, is there? So I can't confirm that I actually sent a message. Sometimes I am dumb about computers.

Sorry everyone, we've been swamped here and I haven't had time to reply to all the PMs.
I will do my best to get back to everyone this evening.

Thanks Frog! I feel as though that option should default to yes (or maybe I changed it). I have changed it (back) to yes. Sorry for the threadjack.
