Embroidered patch material
« on: August 16, 2017, 10:20:12 AM »
I know I need Poly-Twill for them but should I use the coated or uncoated twill. I will be doing less than 100% embroidery on them with a satin stitch edge and backed with velcro. Would I be better off using the adhesive and adhering the twill to the stabilizer for a better finish? They will be hot cut around the satin stitch. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I would use the coated. The material will be a little stiffer to begin with which will make it easier to embroider.
