I think sensor but i have tried replacing front and rear does same thing. What am i missing.

Can you go under the machine and manually press the mac valve? Press it a bunch of times and see if it keeps doing that. It could be bad.

Pneumatic issue -- Mac valve or stroke cylinder, since it looks like an air drive print head, is sticking, or has a nick / fold over on seal and is blowing by at times

OK did the press the button alot waont do it on the stroke or choppers. So i made head in front and no problem. So i will call next week to M & R and see what they think.
