Would like to get some reviews for all 3 mixersM&R TurnaboutAWT TornadoProdigy ForumulatorWould like to be able to have the quart option. Also, the Formulator with the digital setup allows you to time speed ups and down and has different paddle types. The turnabout and tornado look to be about the same in setCan anyone give some pros/cons of each?I'm going to try and get ahead of the cold shop and concrete inks in the morning.
We bought a Tornado a few years back. It mostly gets used "manually", sticking a quart or gal of plasti in there and using an ink knife held in place to stir as the quart spins around. Cleaning the blade attachments is a drag, only really worth it on 5gal for us. All the wb product is mixed with a drill mixer mostly.
