Anyone familiar with Schultz brand compresssors?
« on: July 14, 2017, 10:46:28 AM »
This model states a 30CFM rating in a package, but other brands have about a 24CFM in a similar package. This would be ideal for an upgrade we are looking to do, but Im skeptical on this. Anyone have any experience with this brand and/or model?

The pump and motor look kind of small and that would concern me. I think if budget is a issue it will get you by but if not I would go another route.

i hadn't heard of schultz before i bought an air chiller through them. not quite the same need for consistency/etc as the compressor itself, but seems to be generally as good as similarly positioned brands, but slightly cheaper.

yup! I have one. It was our main, but now it's our trusty stand-by. Change the oil and they run forever. Loud as all get out, but it's a piston. Thankfully that fella a few posts above hooked me up with his atlas screw a few years back....

Cheaper on Ebay for that compressor, also Pierre linked to a seller on Ebay that offers good prices as well on Chicago Pneumatic units I believe.
