I'd adjust the printheads a little to allow more squeegee load before it goes into the print stroke though. It's almost an inch or more into the print stroke before the squeegee makes good contact with the mesh. I have ours set to 300 milliseconds. Kind of long by some standards, but I never have issues clearing a stencil that is near the front edge of the pallet. That has as much to do with very little pallet deflection as well, but squeegee load has something to do with it.

You might be surprised at the money being spent down there. A lot of shops are state of the art.

Also looks like they might be doing a dry glitter app......hence the masks and the snapping of the cut pieces. That monster dryer is handling three print lines....pretty rare.
I've run the Vinnies before......they are super sturdy and fast. Great machines. I know with some tweaks they can go faster (the lift can be shortened for example) but I know that in Latin America they go for moderately fast steadyproduction rates with few interruptions.
Nice work

Hey pepman, That dryer is a 2 burner heat chamber with a 72' belt. This place is almost as large as your shop.
