Some numbers for this AM:  2 labor hours= 22 screens coated. 28 screens imaged/exposed/ washed out/dried/ taped/ delivered. Plus had to turn all the equip on so perhaps shave a little time off that. Should improve on it but I'll take it for now

Auto Reclaim?

We added auto reclaim and now screen department is like the cleanest/easiest positions in the shop... Times have changed for sure

Gotcha, I misread that as an inline system.  Hence the penultimate qualifier I suppose, haha.

Sitting 6 weeks out on 3 new Challengers, firefly, CCI auto reclaim, i-image, eco rinse, auto coater in new 30,000 sq ft space. Chomping at the bit.
