InkSoft Teamwork Blog Offers Tips For Empowering Your Staff
« on: April 06, 2017, 02:59:05 PM »
In a recently posted blog by Marshall Atkinson InkSoft Production Manager Software - Manager, InkSoft explores the axiom “It Takes Teamwork to Make the Dream Work” in the context of a screen print shop. The blog zeroes in on seven key concepts that are key in a cohesive, team-oriented work environment and provides concrete suggestions for developing them to strengthen your company’s capabilities and achieve its goals.

You’ll learn what to look for and foster in the way of visions and expectations, including communicating them and bringing everyone on board. You’ll also get a fresh perspective on delegating and its benefits and discover why both asking for help and offering it should be encouraged.

Plus, there’s advice on promoting an all-in mindset and putting a damper on playing the “blame game” that nobody wins. Each point is brought home with specific questions to ask yourself to make the most of the possibilities presented in your shop.

anybody reading this, search the forum for all the unhappy customers before signing up with this company. While they might be getting better, 90%+ of the ppl I talked to had a bad experience with InkSoft.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!
