I also have a small window I will have to blackout as well, any recommendations to do this?

Heavy fabric cut to fit (check fabric store) held up with tension rod. Or use cardboard/foamboard/insualtion panel/etc, cut snug, push into place. Or hang a picture/poster over it! 

We use some black Oracal adhesive vinyl for that. Does not need to be Oracal, can be any cheap black adhesive vinyl.

we are currently building a wooden box within the dark room, large enough to accept a screen rack on wheel (baker rack style). One on side is a 2x6 box with a blower fan/filter inlet - out-letting through a baffle wall into the box and venting out the other side.

same concept as the simple fan in the corner with some advantages of a bit more dust control, both on the screens and elsewhere in the room.
