check out the video and if anyone has any suggestions of problem please reply. It does this on most jobs and can't figure out the problem. The only way I can get it to stop skipping is to speed up squeegee

we get it on occasion also.  Take a little pressure off and speeding up the squeegee seems to help.

Add some ink? Get a good fill stroke?

you know i get that once in a while.. no idea why either. seems to happen on 230's us but no idea why and not all the time. only once in while

  Occasionally I will get it on a manual job but very rarely on the auto. Seems to me
to be mostly angle and pressure. I will only adjust angle on the auto if I'm trying to
print something larger than was meant to be.

That only happens here when we have a very thin ink, usually black, like Triangle Batman is the worst.
I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it -T.J.

After looking at the vid I tend to agree with Dave looks like you need to add some ink in there, at lease that's what I think I see anyway.
