Polyester Black Tees

I have a old National dryer, and I use Rutland white streetfighter with a low temp additive.  I make the shirt hit 315-320 degrees on the gun and I don't have a bleed or cure problem.  Just got done with Badger royal digital camo and Hanes 4820 in royal.

This seems remarkable as camo generally needs the big guns rather than a $40 low bleed!

Wilflex Top Score and WM Plastics Titan have been the home-run Poly Whites for us.

Titan white is an awesome product, my go to white.

Use Sanmar's tees with posicharge. I've run them through at 375 with cotton white an no issues and the print is much softer.

Second option is silicone ink but it really sucks to flash.

We just printed 3000 Black 100% Polyester tees. Used the Wilflex Epic Undrebase Grey which is a Carbon Blocker.

Then 2 Polywhites on top. Worked very well. Not sure we made a lot of $ because the Grey is super expensive.

Would never have tackled that job until we discovered this ink which works miracles.

When we stripped the machine the emulsion on the screens was stained black. Bad dye, bad fabric, white prints.

You are right on the camo.  I did get a little bleed.  Although it was acceptable to the customer.
