We are looking to add another press operator full time, better than average pay + benefits.
Located in Franklin TN (approx 20-30 min from Nashville).
We are a very busy, well established, small family oriented shop with a (one 8 color M&R auto press) and one 6 color manual press looking for a full time press operator (with a desire to grow). Our average quantity per order is small and we may go through 10-40 jobs per day between manual and auto and stay busy 90% of the year.
Experience preferred. We are primarily searching for very experienced press operator that is career oriented and has worked with and proficient at athletics/solid spot color, sim process, to special affect inks such as puff, glitter, HD, (on an auto) using high to low mesh on various garments from lights to darks and polyester bleeders to 100% cotton and knows how to adjust print techniques for each. There is an opportunity here to grow into a Production Mgr level, leading and training others.
