How would you print this?

I'm pondering the idea of printing this Black/flash/White/Flash/White dryer with black slightly undercutting the white.

Or, is it better to run this the "normal" way of PFPF white and butt-fitting the black?

Just wandering, there would be the same amount of flashing in both cases.

The file is just a sample, not a real artwork that will be printed

Dennis to easy...only thing to answer is butt or non butt print, if your press is reggie tight butt if not white first.

butt registration and print Black and 1st white than flash and then white again.  Use a 230mesh or higher for your black and you shouldn't have to flash in between the black and the first white

Press has good registration (Antec Legend) but for some reason, I like undercutting.
"if your press is reggie tight butt if not white first"  Should there be "if not black first"?

If there is a chance of bad registration, shout I be printing black first and flashing in between the black and white?

There is no reason to print with a trap. Especially that design. Like everyone is saying print the black, then a white flash then white again. The last white is going to tighten it up nice.

To be honest on an auto I would actually choke the white a hair and allow the gain of the white to fill in.

For me personally a slight peek of shirt showing is much better looking than a nasty trapped edge.

On charcoal you might be able to print it once.  Depends on the actual art.  If not, no biggie.  I would print black first through a 155 and then white and if needed a second white.

Think you are over thinking the set up on this.  Pretty simple design and manually you can easily change print order without compromising production speed by that much if any. 

• Black (230 or higher mesh)
• White #1
• FLASH
• White #2
