Does anyone have a list of shirt brands that work well with discharge inks?

any reactive dyed cotton shirt that isnt royal blue or kelly green etc should work. basically most brands will have styles that should work, butbyou will still need to test using your shop conditions.

Watch out for purples! Its the red shade blue dye that makes these usually fail

If you happen to use Gildan, they have a chart with their colors listed, and how well they discharge, ranking them Ideal, Acceptable, or Not Recommended. We don't do discharge, so I can't say any more

Are you guys still having occasional problems with black overdyes?

We have not had any over dye issues here in a long time. The canvas quality is spot on. Gildan we use only the A rated colors and lights. Most of the comfort colors are reactive dyes which eliminates a lot of the issues.
